Finding your site code
If your license has expired or is about to run out you can access the licensing window following these steps:
Start GENESYS > Start New Design > Help > About/Licensing
On the licensing window you will see your site code.  If you are using a laptop please make sure the checkbox is checked first.  Copy the site code into your clipboard by highlighting it, pressing CTRL-C then click on the site code field below and press CTRL-V to paste it otherwise just type it exactly as shown.

Your site code is 24 characters long including spaces.  Read above
